This order had 4 shirts that were to be laundered. They dry cleaned them without our authorization. The total was almost $62! When contacted, the driver explained that if the tag says "or dry clean", they automatically dry clean it! And they charge $2 per shirt extra for linen. They didn't offer any reimbursement for the unauthorized charges. Will not use again, and I would not recommend!
the pickup a& drop off are perfect. However, this week i had 2 shirts lcame back, one was ok the other was the worst i have ever seen anywhere. i will be away tomorrow but if possible ask the delervy person to see me.
Found out that linen shirts get dry cleaned automatically at a $4 per shirt up-charge and additional $1+ for being linen. My last order averaged $7 per shirt to launder. I will not be using Nu-Yale anymore!
When I signed up I ask for heavy starch. It was not. The collars are limp. It seemed the cleaning did not work on the those areas that get the most dirt such as the cuffs and collars. I thought about sending them back in fact.
Hello, My laundry was tracked down and I now have it in my possession! I paid $40 and then $13.77.
We have used Nuyale for going on 3+ years with nothing but great service and quality... Recently we have had 2 shirts messed up and 2 of my wife's pants ruined. She showed up in Atlanta this week with her pants for a very important business meeting to find them ruined with press marks and wear on the insides of the legs. I went to have my dress shirts dry cleaned before moving to Chicago, IL. First off they were not there the day they were supposed to be. I was told to come back the next day in the morning, when I came it they were still not there. I had to come back right before close the night before I left town. Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced.
When I dropped off my cleaning, the gentleman entered my info into the computer...then discovered that I am a formed customer at a Louisville location...then the computer "lost all of the data" and he had to start all over.
