I was charged an extra 4 dollars per garment because of the manufacture. I was not told of this sir charge Prior to dropping off
My suit jacket came back with a rip down the seam in the front and a broken button.
I got a wool coat with a suede collar cleaned. The suede collar was ruined. The suede has been faded in color and looks worn around the edges now. It looks as if someone took sandpaper to the suede and then left it in the sun.
Two of my items didn't seem any cleaner and four of them still had wrinkles :( I've brought items there before and had a decent experience. Not sure what happened this time. One of my skirts, however, was cleaned and had no wrinkles..looked great.

No one has picked up yet. We have been told that someone is coming on Mondays and Thursdays. That has been 2 weeks ago and we have only had bags dropped off.

I brought in a silk dress with coffee stains. When I picked it up, none of the stains had been removed, and the charge was $15.95. I think this is outrageous. I happen to know that you can wash silk. I brought the dress home, and have completely removed all signs of coffee.. I understand that I asked to have the dress dry cleaned, but if you couldn't clean it, don't you think that charge was a bit out of line? I do. Hi Kim, Did the store offer to redo the garment for free? We usually do that if stains don't come out on first attempt. Also, you can wash silk but we don't recommend it as it can be risky. Dyes in silk can be very unpredictable/unstable with cleaning, spotting, and especially washing.
Wish I could write no stars. They advertise they can clean couture and leather believe me they can't I learned the hard way. There ruined my Channel purse and there after probably 5 called there corporate office has not even returned phone calls. The worst experience I've ever had in customer service
On 5/22, I received a confirmation email that I had received a delivery. That email indicated that there was a charge of $9.32. But I didn't receive a delivery that day. So I replied to the email from robin@nuyale.com about the discrepancy. But I never received a response to my email. I'm just waiting for the bill to arrive after the first of the month so I can start to dispute the charge. I've tried to communicate via email with Robin about past discrepancies but I rarely get any response.
I was mis-quoted on my return time. Almost didn't get it back in time. And you were suppose to fix buttons on a sports coat but was not done. And the hem job was uneven. And rude associates.
