Well it was a week late and over priced.
Wasn't thrilled. Pants were good to go, but all 5 shirts were still wrinkled. I thought they would be cleaned and pressed. It's awful that I have to iron my shirts which I just paid the cleaners for. Definitely not worth it. Go somewhere else.
For Queen Comforter Quoted 5 days, finally received a notification it was finished 8 days later. Called to confirmed and received a "yes it's ready". When I showed up they couldn't find it. When it was finally finished I went to pick it up and it was safety pinned together where it had become damaged. So yet again I showed up to not receive it. I waited another two days for it to be repaired. Just a sad operation, and what a first experience...
Took my suit in Wednesday It came back Thursday with a stain that was not on there when I took it. now they didn't get the stain out and they're telling me I will have the Suit Sunday when I need it. It's Friday why i will not have my suite and you all price is high over 19 dollars to clean a suit
Very very disappointed and will never use NuYale again nor recommend it. I dropped off sheets and bath mats for "laundering". I specifically asked about "drop-off laundry" service, not dry cleaning. I was told it wasn't a problem. When I pick up my items, I am shocked to hear it is over $100, more than I even paid for the items practically. I left my items and eventually conversed with the manager who was extremely nice and understanding. She attempted to speak with the "higher ups" which resulted in a paltry discount... read more
My brand new, never-worn shirt came back wrinkled and stained on the sleeves.
Picked up two shirts Monday. They were horribly wrinkled. Took them back to be redone Tuesday. While I was there, two other shirts were ready, so I inspected them before taking home. They were wrinkled too, so ended up sending all four shirts back to be redone. Not a good first impression. It was my first time at your business after having switched from my former dry cleaner.
