Very spotty service. Prices were increased inexplicably and I was simply told there was nothing they could do about it. This company is not very concerned with keeping business - we have taken our dry cleaning business elsewhere.
The service was non-existent. For the second Thursday in a row, the scheduled pick-up/drop off of clothes simply did not occur. My phone call and voicemail message to "customer service" was never returned or acknowledged. Thus no notice, no apology, and no offers to make up for the inconvenience. Not even the courtesy of a reply. I'm being forced to research other dry cleaning options since these problems show no sign of being abated.

$75 for shoe repair...didn't even include shoe cleaning, which was priced expensively as well at $20. Also, who wants their dry-cleaner to clog up their email asking for feedback everytime they use their service.
Lately the pressing of shirts has been poor. I returned today 4 of the men's shirts in my order due to poor pressing. This has happened several times in the past few months.
I went in to drop my clothes off at the Bardstown rd store on 9-17-16, and once the counter girl finally woke up and came to help me and the others waiting, she was extremely rude like she was doing us a favor. Plus she was dressed in her pajamas i mean is this her job or where she lives? After I decided to not leave my clothes after a threat that she would just keep them or sale them out the back door if I didnt like how she ran her store. I think it's a note on my account, however could you not crease pants without an crease. I have crepe Lyra/ cotton pants that were creased it causes discoloration of the fabric. Thanks
Extremely surprised that linen shirt cost over $9 to wash, and that my bill for 5 shirts was over 21 dollars. NuYale is getting prohibitively expensive.
This is the second time I have tried to bring to the attention of NU Yale customer service about my experience ( or lack there of) on trying to pick up my clothes on a Saturday. Maybe a bad review will get someone's attention. My original email to NU Yale. We attempted to pick up our order on Saturday but there was no one in your store and it was closed. Hi Daniel, Thanks for your feedback again. We did see your original comments the Saturday morning of Labor Day weekend and worked to get someone at the store to open in asap. That store was not suppose to be closed that Saturday morning of Labor Day weekend. The employee who was suppose to open the store did not show up on time or call anyone.
