We usually have a great experience with Nu-Yale! But our order keeps getting mixed up between the two of us (when one of us brings it in, the clothes for some reason go under the other's name--we're married but have separate accounts). This is usually not a problem until this week when you couldn't find our order and still 3 out of 6 items are somehow unaccounted for and can't be found. I left a suit and shirt to be dry cleaned and was told they would be ready by Tuesday. By Thursday only the suit had been returned to the store. I had to rush and go buy a new shirt before an interview Thursday morning.
Very spotty quality. And I use couture at 8 bucks per shirt. Some shirts come back perfect; others are awful, particularly the collars and cuffs. Why there isn’t quality control I will never know. But it’s incredibly frustrating.
The store in Madison Indiana has lost 2 of my orders for a total of 7 pieces of clothing and have not offered to do anything about it.
Unfortunately my new blouse was lost but I am sure Nu Yale will quickly reimburse me for the loss. And that will make me a happier customer!
Sorry. Hit the wrong response. My experience was excellent, thanks to your manager in cheoweth store. I will return. She cares for the customer and it shows.
Worst experience I have ever had with a dry cleaner. I dropped off a blouse and asked them to follow the specific instructions inside the garment. The garment was completely ruined and NuYale would not take any responsibility for it and they are very rude on top of it. They blamed it on the manufacturer and told me to take it back to the store. The store said they had not had any of these blouses returned.
It was expensive! I had no idea sweaters were so much. I will hand wash next time.
No one picked up my clothes. They’re still waiting in the basement.
