The price for service was not provided at drop off which created a severe issue at pickup. I will not ecommend Nu-yale to anyone and I don't intend to utilize any service from the company ever again.
I’m sending back two shirts that weren’t pressed nicely. On one there were wrinkles pressed into the front of the shirt and the other one didn’t have enough starch in it. I’m not happy with the shirts that I get back. NuVale could do a better job!!
My jcrew skirt that ive only worn 2 times is ruined! Completely shrunk and looks ridiculous now
Called NuYale about cleaning area rug and was told it would take about 2 weeks. Went online to set up an account on 7/10/18, received and email of Welcome and that my account was okayed, My area rug was picked up on or about 7/11/18 by Daryl Bohannon. On 7/17/18 I received an email from Robin telling me the order was delivered and $73.16 was charged to my account. The process of dropping off my clothes was great. I also appreciated the email (06/28) alerting me that my clothes were ready for pick up. However, when I went to pick up my clothes on that Saturday (11am) the worker said that they were closed. I asked if it was common practice to close in the middle of business hours. The worker said that he had an emergency and couldn't get me my clothes. He told me to come back in a couple hours and they would open back up. Hello, I had submitted a comment to have the buttons fixed on my shirt. The buttons weren’t fixed.
They delivered to the Hotel not my Residence, my big green bag wasn't there, the laundry was put in a large clear plastic bag. I did however like that the towels were wrapped in small bundles.
Had new pants hemmed and taken in, the finishing on the hem was poorly done and one of the pants had a hole in the crotch. I ended up fixing everything by hand, after paying over $60 to have it done. I will be finding another tailoring service.
Never receive the $10.00 off anymore system is failing
