My concern is security. I left the bag for pickup in a chair on our front porch behind a hedge. Once gone I prayed it hadn't been stolen. When delivered, it was hung on the front door in full view of the street. Didn't even bother to ring the door bell. I'll probably return the bag unless we can arrange pickup and then we can go to your location and forego delivery...

We hear this concern from time to time because of what happens with packages, but this hardly ever is an issue with our routes or any dry cleaners home delivery routes across the country. Thieves don't see any value nor want someone elses used clothes. It is also not customarily for our drivers to ring the doorbell on delivery. You should get an email on delivery. Laundry was late, a date after what receipt said, causing me to waste gas making an extra trip.
It has been several weeks and still has not been found 2 items that Tracy Pease ( store manager) told me that still are looking for, please, try harder to find them or you need to do something to compensate my lost.
Clothes smelled burnt upon return. Was charged to have hole patched in slacks, but it was not patched.
Customer service and the staff at desk are wonderful but for the third time, my clothes still had the stain I paid to stain treat without any explanations.
You lost a pair of new grey dress pants that is part of a suit. $73 dollars worth - and to date no one has called to say you found or you can reimburse.
Oh and also, when I dropped off the cleaning she asked me how many items. Well I didn’t know. I said “should I count them” (thinking that’s part of what THEY do) and she replied “well if you want them clean you should”. I am a professional and I do my job every day. This is not my job. This is yours. Be professional about it.
I came to pick up my dry cleaning and there was a note posted on the door “be right back”. I waited 25 minutes and 6 other customers came and went in that time period. I eventually left.
I had a shirt lost since June 30, 2018. I received a check for $34.50 and the shirt cost $79.00. Impossible to replace items with rate you receive The best thing would be don't lose my clothes!
