First time using the pick up service for my large, hard to handle shag rug. Clerk at my New Albany store suggested I try it and a couple of weeks or so later it was delivered right back home. I really appreciate how this this process was - the delivery guys managed my bulky heavy rug -no problem. They were very fast and friendly. I have to say it all worked out great!

Too many pills left on my sweater.

Service was prompt and courteous. But the first time I wore one if the "freshly cleaned" sport coats, it smelled like old sweat as soon as it got warm, and I had just had a bath.

I was not pleased with my “doily”! It cost $9.47 to press a 1’x4’ lacy doily... I thought that was outrageous!
Hard to get in to the store by auto
Order not returned on day promised. I stop by twice and order wasn’t ready. I finally called a week later and was told order was put under wrong name. I also was told I counted incorrectly. That wasn’t true. Horrible customer service. I’ll do business elsewhere.
