Please do not use CRDN for any of your restoration warehouse or cleaning services. Take it for me, I’m a month and a half behind schedule, (incident happened in Feb, restoration service finished on time in May, CRDN didn’t return items until June 11th) invoices were wrong that were sent to insurance I had to have them corrected and sent again, and made it almost a part-time job to hold their hand and check on them weekly if not daily to follow up on progress. This is a formal complaint directed at CRDN regarding incredibly poor service after the company was entrusted with restoring valuable family heirlooms. - Lack of ability to preview restored items without extra charges. - Unexplained requirement to rent a storage unit and return items or incur penalties. - Items were returned with extensive visible damage, that wasn’t there when originally submitted as well as items not returned. - Restoration was promised to return items to "pre-loss condition," but this was not achieved. ... read more
The Fern Creek lost my husband's suit jacket. He had a cleaned to wear in his Nephew's wedding in July. Pam, at the Fern Creek location was very little help. She referred me to Debbie Bowen. I have had a little interaction with Debbie, but as of August 12 she will no longer respond to me. Do not use this company. Not only are they negligent, but they are unresponsive to problems.
My home was flooded and they ruined 35 pieces of clothing. They dont read labels before they wash items. My clothing was returned torn, stained, over-heated and shrunk and they lost a hood to my coat. I have been patient for them to reimburse me for thousands of dollars worth of clothing. Now they are trying to go to my homeowners insurance for damage that happened at their plant. They are unprofessional, unethical and dont deserve anyones business. I am posting this so no else has a bad experience.
Posted hours of operation said 9:30 am. Waited 30 min to get my suit.
There is no proper pricing listed for services , I asked the driver who called me for pick up, he said he don’t no , so called the number and a lady answered, she was not giving proper response, after discussing she said for just press each item is $7.18 , and for wash and press $9:53 , so I handed the driver 3 items 2 trousers and 1 dress for press , but I was charged $16.45 for dress , I called again to the same number and spoke to lady , she said she will check , she called me and saying she don’t know whom I spoke with a... read more
Ruined brand new extremely expensive shirts and socks!
I’ve given my brand new linen shirts and they damaged it now they saying they can’t reemburshed it because the some Mexicans lady told them some sitty story and they not even verify with me
If your clothes are of any value to you, DO NOT take your items to NuYale. HIGH RISK of ruining your clothes, being OVERCHARGED, and left with IRREPARABLE DAMAGE. Also, don't expect friendly customer service for any issues. I was* a well established and frequent customer of this facility. I took my brand new couture dress to them for dry cleaning (as instructed on the dress care per the manufacturer) & received a ruined, irreparable dress in return.
