I was told the cost would be $30 per bag of laundry and the bill was over $70. What gives??

Hi Jane, we apologize for the confusion. Our "Click n' Wash" bag service is a wash/dry/fold service. Any items that can't be safely washed/dry/fold is removed and put through our normal cleaning process. We actually detailed in your wash/dry/fold items on a per pd thus saving you $10 here too. Our driver will get with you to better explain the service. Thanks.

I went to the Springhurst location and had a horrible experience. They gave me a wrong shirt and lost mine. I returned the wrong one and they would going to look for mine. I went back a couple months later after hearing nothing to be told by the manager she didn’t remember me and I probably was in the wrong cleaners. She was not only not helpful but insulting. I will NEVER go back!

I was disappointed that my rug came back with bug faded places that were nit there when I sent it to you. It was not stained or anything. Just sent it to be cleaned because I’ve had it 11 years.

I left a pair of slacks to be altered at Jeffersonville, Indiana. They ruined the slacks. I would like to be reimbursed for the slacks.

Didn’t pick up clothes on Friday or Tuesday. Had to call and they came and got them on Wednesday

Have a new driver seems very nice however all my laundry came back not folded as always and specified but on hangers. Hopefully on Tuesday the driver can pick up all these unwanted hangers. I was unable to call Friday as the office closed. I will be calling Monday morning to resolve this mix up.. Hopefully the new driver will understand I wish my laundry folded as usual.

Called to confirm that my item could be cleaned and the CSR told me it wouldn’t be a problem. I dropped it off and and over a week later I got a text saying it was ready for pickup. I picked it up to find it had not been cleaned and that decision was made at the cleaning facility. But it took over a week to make this decision. Not pleased with the service.

Have always been pleased. This time was a swing and miss. Got the email that my garment was ready. Waited a day or so to go and the could not find it. Cashiers were very polite and nice, but wasted trip. They called later that day when it was found, but felt I should have received a courtesy credit of some kind. I had asked for heavy starch and received light. It is what it is.

Hi Debbie, We apologize for the inconvenience. Our system shows it was scanned to the store on 8/23. It's possible a new person was working and had trouble finding it in the store. It looks like the starch level on your account was set to light still. We switched it to heavy.
