my gown returned with loose beading, frayed threads and no indication as to whether or not the stain on the skirt was removed.

Everything was great except that I paid to have our names and wedding date put on the front bottom of the box and it wasn’t done. Otherwise it looks good.
Not happy with my results I had to break the seal to fit it. There was paper coming out of the boob area and dress was not centered. I also paid for personalizations and it was not done but they charged my card. #Disappointed

The dress seems clean, it's hard to tell because the part that was dirty was the bottom, which is hidden from view. They replaced the missing beads, however they are sewn on crooked and there are now new spots with beads missing that were not before I sent the dress out. (I understand the cleaning process may cause beads to fall off but I assumed they would repair those spots when they did the rest.) The look of the entire package was nice, the box and the dress. But the dress was wrinkled and looked too baggy.
Not happy at all... I asked for my box to be re-wrapped not to replace the whole box, plastic and ribbon that holds the dress in the box! The dress some of the seams are loose... not how I sent it over!

My dress looked beautiful in the preserved box but there was a small hole in the plastic film hoping it didnt allow any air into the box a put a small piece tape over it hope it helped for what i paid to get this done .
