The dress looks great, but they did position the halter wrong in the display. That didn't make me too thrilled because it was a halter and now looks like a dress with just really thick straps.
I got my dress back and it looks great. Part of the cardboard is hanging down and I can't see the jeweled neckline. That's the only thing I'm disappointed about.
My gown looks better than the day I bought it and I love how it is packaged!!!
I was very pleased with the quality of work and they way my dress looked when I got it back. I also had them preserve my daughter's flower girl dress and again was very impressed with that. The price was very reasonable and I had it back in about 4 weeks. If I have to I would definitely use them again, but I pretty sure I won't need to.
Beautifully perserved and made it back quickly and safely!
Shipping was fast and process was quick as well. The only complaint and it may be because I am very anal about this. The dress was scrunched in places and not completely straight. Other than that the service was great and pristine.
Purchased this service for my daughter's wedding gown. Was so nervous sending it off and not knowing if we would ever see it again. Became even more nervous at it being returned during the Christmas holidays, with all of the packages being stolen. No need to be so nervous Mom! Gown came back and is beautiful. Hard to image all of that dress fitting into the box, but no way to check without voiding the 30 year warranty. Only suggestion to Memories would be to return gown with signature required.
