I am very pleased with the treatment I received. My gown was back in less time than expected (within 2 weeks). The box itself, is showcase material. My gown is beautiful!!!

AMAZING!! I fell in love with my dress all over again. It is displayed in the most beautiful way in the box with a clear front so I can admire ot when ever I want. Super easy too. All u do is box up the gown and accessories and send it off and wait for its return. Totally worth it to preserve the gown of ur dreams!!

The service was fast which was great. However, was a bit disappointed on the box that they use for the gown display. It is a very basic cardboard box. For the amount of money that is spent, I expected something more nicer than just basic cardboard. It would display much better if they used nicer material.
The wedding dress looks awsome. I really like being able to see the dress. The wedding dress was my new daughter-in-laws. I had not taken it out of the packing box. My daughter-in-law pulled it out of the box and was delighted. Thank you for doing such a wonderful job.
Very happy with the entire process. Very easy and got my dress back perfectly packaged and quickly.
I liked the presentation that the gown is in. However, a piece of cardboard has slipped, and it blocks the view of the top part of the box. I cannot move the cardboard back in place because the box is shrink wrapped.
