My dress looks great! I'm very happy with the results. The service was done in a timely manner.
I sent my gown off and within a week and a half got it back and it was absolutely gorgeous. Very pleased!!!!

They were nice when I spoke to them on the phone, which I appreciate. The only complaint I have is that my gown is crooked and there isn't anyway to fix it without breaking the seal. For someone who has OCD it matters, but other than that it's fine.
The process was really easy and once I sent my dress out, it wasn't long before I got it back - less than 2 weeks.The box was sealed when I got it back, and I have no plans on opening it, but from what I can see, memories did an excellent job on everything, and I was surprised at how amazing my dress looked through the chest window! They did an amazing job. Everything was done in a timely manner. My only bad comment would be that I did have a question and I called but I never got through to support.
My dress came back amazing looking!!! I didn't realize it would be so beautifully displayed in the box window, with my veil! I couldn't have asked for anything more.
I love how my gown was preserved. The only problem was my year was wrong.
