My dress looks amazing! Plus, it was a very easy process.
As far as I can tell, my dress and veil came back beautifully. They don't recommend opening the box, so I can't tell if the stains came out of the bottom of the dress or how it fully looks. Overall, I'm pretty happy with it. :-)
The turn around time of less than 2 weeks during the Holiday Season was unbeleivable. The part of the gown and veil I can see look perfect so I assume the unseen part does as well. When I had called with questions, your staff was very professional. Thanks for helping preserve our memories. Hopefully one of my daughters will wear this dress.
My gown looked beautiful when I received it & I was very pleased with my experience!
I was surprised to receive my dress so quickly. The instructions said up to six weeks for the dress and accessories to be prepped and shipped and I received mine in less than three! The box it came in was way bigger than I expected, but it brings back beautiful memories just to be able to see the front of my dress with the veil! I highly recommend all brides to invest in this!
Overall good job. I paid extra to have my veil shown because of the detail on it and they just draped the veil over the dress and tucked all the detailed parts under the dress. I was disappointed with that part. But overall I'm happy to have it back.
