They said it could take 6 weeks, but the gown came back within 2 weeks and looks beautiful!

Fast and looks very nice in the box. Better than expected because such a puffy bottom on the dress, wasn't sure how it would fit or look - And it looks great!

I had Memories Gown Preservation clean up and preserve my prom dress that had been sitting in a Rubbermaid tote for 4 1/2 years. It smelt of must and mildew and was pretty stiff to the touch from sitting in this tote, the delicate beading had begun to fall apart as well. Dress looks great, love the way it is showcased!
Experience was fine. The only problem I have is that the gown is sealed, so I cannot tell whether it is actually clean or not. If I unseal it to look, then that has undone the whole point of preserving. This particular gown was heavily soiled at the hem.there was no report whatsoever letting us know that the gown is completely clean and could be used again, or if it is stained and now not usable.
