I purchased the kit from Davids bridal they packaged the gown and shipped it off for me, they also offer deals and discounts on the kit when you purchase your gown. I was very pleased with the presentation of my gown when i received it, made me want to open it and take a closer look. I was somewhat hesitant throughout the process because Davids Bridal told me I would receive periodic emails as to the steps my dress was undergoing however the only email I received when when the dress was being shipped back to me. My dress looks absolutely amazing and is displayed so beautifully in the box!!!! I couldn't be happier!!!!
This fall I had two of my daughters' wedding gowns cleaned and preserved -- one daughter was married in September and the other daughter was married in 2004! (but we had not been able to afford professional gown cleaning at that time). It was exciting (and easy) to prepare and ship off the gowns. They looked stunning when they came back, shining clean and beautifully presented on fitted forms. We are very pleased with the results!!

They did a wonderful job preserving my gown! They were even able to remove the makeup that I had gotten on the bust, as well as the frosting from the cake that my now-husband smeared in my face and down my chest, lol! Thank you so much!

The dress came back in really good time. It was beautifully preserved. And is now put it away for safekeeping.
The whole experience was great, the dress looks nicely cleaned, shipping/delivery... but there is a wrinkle in the dress like it's pressed up against the plastic window of the box that I cannot get out without opening the whole box...it bothers me because it's very noticeable and the wrinkle is one foot long. Other than, the dress and box was well packaged, besides that one thing. Can you all fix this?
This was super easy, and the results are fabulous. I know people that have gotten their gowns back and can't even see what is in the box. My gown and veil are displayed beautifully.
