My dress looks amazing in the preservation box !
Ease of purchase, shipping to you and recieving back was outstanding. However, packaging was substandard as the dress looks like there is an unborn fetus in the abdomen area. I assume it is due to how they folded the gown under. It makes no sense as it was a narrow gown with very little train. ??? Terre

My gown came back so fast and it looks beautiful! Thank you so much for the easy to follow instructions on the box and on the paperwork. I would suggest different tape though, mine wasn't too sticky so i used my own. I would tell all my friends with wedding gowns about your service. Thank you!
