All went good, followed the directions and had no problems.
I had my gown packed away a few months after the wedding before sending it for preservation. During the process there was a small glitch in my payment, but after speaking with a representative, we were able to work everything out over the phone in a matter of minutes! I also couldn't believe how quickly they were able to get everything done and the next thing I knew I was getting an email confirmation that my gown was being delivered. I waited over a year after my wedding to ship my dress out- I just didn't get around to it until I started packing up our apartment to move! The dress, from what I can see, looks great. As some other reviewers mentioned, I was a little disappointed that I can't see more of the dress and that there's no way for me to see how clean it really is.
