Warmly welcomed when I walked in the door. Specials were explained to me. He was courteous & professional both times I brought clothes in. When I picked up my dry cleaning, the young lady was friendly and professional. I asked a question in an email and had a response within the hour. Best experience at a dry cleaners I've ever had. You clearly take customer experience very seriously, and it shows.
u cleaned 2 leather jackets - one of which was my Members Only jacket bought in 1986 [yes, eighty-6], which mysteriously started growing mold 10 years ago so I stored it outside in a garden shed. it came back looking brand new and feeling more pliant and supple than when new!!
Most all my pieces were cleaned well. However, there was one denim dress that still had a little underarm odor on it. I did request spot treatment, extra attention to underarm areas of clothes. Other than that one piece, all were great.
