Able to remove stains from coverlet.
I got my dry cleaning with no problem, but the person who delivered my item to my car was void of any eye contact or a thank you.
Insane to pay $80 for Linen shirts $10+ Per item Is nuts Wont be coming back
I went to pick up my sports jacket and it was still dirty. I also asked you guys to replace a missing button with one I had on the shirt and they completely disregarded that. So I had to send both garments back again. Very disappointing.
Service was excellent, shirts looked great. Cost was ridiculous. Your 30% Thursday discount program is a joke I will look for a more competitive shop.
I purchased an expensive shirt, never had worn it, and brought it to them for laundry service. I stressed that all my plackets needed pressed, and please don't overlook this on all my orders. I picked the royal blue shirt up and it had white marks all over it. ( not sure what that was, but left it and had the owner call me.) Shirt Collar always comes back ruffled from being attached to the other clothes
3/14/20 Seth and I have discussed my continuing problems about getting scheduled dry cleaning pickups and dropoffs at Waltonwood Lake Boone retirement community in Raleigh. Each time this has happened recently, Seth or someone has come on an unscheduled day to pick up or return dry cleaning. After Christmas I put our new (expensive) red and white jacquard holiday tablecloth in our bag for pick up. I forgot about it for a few weeks until I was returned a completely different tablecloth.
