Very easy to use with the text messages to me. Tim has been great May I keep using this method where you let me know when your going to be in my area. I like that, it's easy, efficient. Please let me know. We are trying to simplify without adding stuff to our cell/mobile device.

My shirt still had a dirty collar
Medlin Davis was amazing! In the midst of food poisoning and Covid exposure, they scheduled a pick up, cleaning, and delivery of my down blanket. They even returned my original bag. I cannot recommend them more highly!!!
BOTTOM LINE: I've made five visits to Medlin-Davis at the Village District the last few weeks, and only one of them went smoothly. One employee in particular guarantees a negative experience. My clothes have turned out just fine, and the tailor Sam is just fantastic, but the abrasive, disorganized customer experience has me looking elsewhere. Cashier was rude and slow. Had a ticket that says that they couldn’t clean a shirt and didn’t tell me.
Terrible experience
This is the second time my experience has been less than satisfactory and the staff has not cared one bit. I will not be returning.
Good customer service but I mention my stains while dropping my dress off. You all could have told me my stains could not be removed. Pick the dress up with the same stains. Will not return.
My dress was not ready when I went to pick it up. I called ahead and asked if I dropped a dress off on Wednesday night would it be ready on Thursday night. I was told absolutely. I went to pick the dress up Friday morning and was told it would not be ready until Friday at 5. I had the ticket saying it was due Thursday night. It was an honest mistake.
