Not blindman friendly
My clothes still smelled
I had a men’s suit dry cleaned and the stain that was on it when I brought it in was still there when I picked it up. Also, I gave special instructions about moving the crease on the front of the trouser over a couple of inches but it wasn’t done.

Didn’t email/text when it was ready, so showed up. None the less I was happy it was ready when I did. However that quickly turned to extreme dissatisfaction when I got home and took the plastic off my shirts. Not gonna lie I’ve had a lot of mediocre dry cleaning in my years but this was by far the worse I’ve ever seen and great timing for me to wear one of the shirts to my grandfathers funeral
Lost a shirt
Took new suit in for press only (due to wrinkles caused by shipping) and they literally did not touch it-other than to bag it up and charge me. To their credit, they issued me a credit after I complained, but now I have to take it somewhere else to do what they should have done in the first place. People are nice, quality is not.
Delivery service forgot to pick up our dry cleaning last week.
