Still waiting after three weeks to have shirts returned. I've been to the store at Cameron Village twice to pick them up. Medlin-Davis can't find them, isn't doing anything about it, and not responding to me about it. The call I was promised never came. Neither did a response to my text. Service?
12 minutes after she took my pick up receipt for a single shirt you said was ready Monday…and I picked up Wednesday…. And when I questioned why, she became surly ! Do better and pretend to care to justify your overpriced services!
The cleaning job of suit jacket and pants looked nice but stains were still left my matching shirt. But my real gripe is one of the women at the front counter wanted to make a sexist comment about men and I know any man would be reported and fired for making the same comment about women.

I really did not understand the service that I received. I knew the cleaners was a little pricey but was known for good work, so I decided to take my cloths there. A nice and welcoming young black lady with blonde in her hair served me. I brought in 4 dresses and a man suit. One dress was missing the little zipper pull. I asked the lady how mush it would cost to put that on my dress and she said $5.00 so I told them to repair it. When I went to pick it up they charged me $15.00 just to put a pull on my zipper. Pants were supposed to be lengthened and they were shortened. Also, the stitching was very visible
Clothes are still dirty. They still smell the same. Very bad service. Disappointed.
Asked for my wedding dress to be bagged (rather than boxed) when I dropped it off for cleaning. When I arrived for pick up, it had been boxed and I had to request the bag. When I unboxed my dress to transfer it to the bag, there were no gloves in it. One spot had been removed from my dress, but after cleaning there appear to be several pulls in the lace. Not pleased with the service I received for the price point and would not recommend Medlin Davis to others for wedding dress cleaning.
I had dinner napkins and 1 tablecloth pressed and it was $80. Outrageously expensive
