I told the person who took my drycleaning that I had a coupon for a 30% rebate on the order....I even showed it to her on my phone because it was not showing up on my account. I tried to redeem at the shop but I got a message saying that the rebate had already been applied once..... She was going to have the manager look into the matter but of course nothing happened except that I got charged the full amount... What is the point of offering the discount if you are not honoring it....

We brought a rug in to have a spot removed and had to bring it back because the stain is still very visible.

Quality of work is good. What's beginning to fail is customer service. Employees used to be pleasant and actually remembered my name. When I drop off my bag of laundry/dry cleaning, I also used to get an e-mail confirmation showing the number of pieces and the day when my clothes would be ready for pick-up. Then, when my things were ready, I would get a text message advising me of that. Now, I get NOTHING (and it's not like I had "opted out" of any of these notifications, either). I had brought one of my workshirts in to have a button replaced, after it had fallen off recently. I did not actually have a button for the replacement, but I was assured by the gentleman working the front counter that it would not be a problem. Fast forward to Yesterday, 11/6/19, which is 2 weeks after I was notified that my shirt was ready. (I know, I kept forgetting lol) I picked up my shirt and took it home. This was my first dry cleaning experience and I should have shopped around first. The prices are much too high compared to other dry cleaning places. There's one around the corner that is only $2 per piece. This was 3 x that much which is crazy. I want be returning.

I brought my Bensen bed side railing cover to Kona cleaners after the move. I wanted to make sure that it's cleaned safely without any damage so given it's "great" reviews, I brought it in. But unfortunately, as you can see, all of strings are coming off from the fabric. It appears that they are pro with all sort but I don't think this type of work is meant for them. I am still awaiting to hear from the manager..... I shall see what she says...

Really disappointed that the necktie had a clip-on fitting which was removed and lost. I can't wear the tie now as it is too short to tie around my neck. Other drycleaners have cleaned it without removing the clasp and untying the tie. Not sure who assisted me - an Indian lady.

Been coming there for years always do good work, but this last time i was really disappointed, all my shirts were wrinkled, i had to leave them to be redone ' i actually had to go buy a new shirt for work today because all my work shirts were at the cleaners, hope that never happens again or i will go elsewhere.
