The best part of your service is our driver. As long as she is on our route I know that our stuff will be picked up and dropped off on the days that need be. I know my linens are in good hands with you also. thank you for such great service
My pants were returned with a gigantic stain and are now off color and wrinkled. My shirt collars were not straight at all either. I will be requesting a refund and compensation this afternoon.

I told the person who took my drycleaning that I had a coupon for a 30% rebate on the order....I even showed it to her on my phone because it was not showing up on my account. I tried to redeem at the shop but I got a message saying that the rebate had already been applied once..... She was going to have the manager look into the matter but of course nothing happened except that I got charged the full amount... What is the point of offering the discount if you are not honoring it....

We brought a rug in to have a spot removed and had to bring it back because the stain is still very visible.

Hello Gary, sorry to hear that the stain didn't come out! I'm glad that you brought it back so that we are able to give it a second try. It's a little tricky with stains since rug fibers tend to want to hold on but I hope that with a little bit more work, your rug comes back looking good as new!
Quality of work is good. What's beginning to fail is customer service. Employees used to be pleasant and actually remembered my name. When I drop off my bag of laundry/dry cleaning, I also used to get an e-mail confirmation showing the number of pieces and the day when my clothes would be ready for pick-up. I had brought one of my workshirts in to have a button replaced, after it had fallen off recently. I did not actually have a button for the replacement, but I was assured by the gentleman working the front counter that it would not be a problem.
