I don’t think any one cares except the people you have working in the store. They are the only reason I came back as long as I did. They tried to get the part of the company that actually does the cleaning to do what was requested. I even filled out surveys only to have Dave Troemel contact me that he was out of the office and he would put me in touch with someone. That was March 7. Never heard back. I wasn’t happy that some clothing was not right side in or Sox weren’t folded and paired. I normally receive it a box as oppose to a thin plastic wrap. Very friendly itherwise
Honestly, you guys did a good job, but I'm really disappointed in the cost. When my husband brought in our rug to be cleaned, he was told it would be around $20. When I went to pick it up, the cost was $84. The rug itself was only $120 and I never would have spent that much to have it cleaned.
I had a shirt/top and pants pressed only and I was told I could pick them up after 5 pm. I can I. At 5:20 pm to pick it up and was told they weren't here, they were still on the truck. Don't tell customers they can pick up after 5 if that's not the case. 2. You charged me $6.72 for pressing only, that's insane. Not happy at all with the service that was provided or the amount that was charged. Not likely to return if this is how customers are treated. Also not likely to recommend to friends and co-workers either.
Shirts were not ready next day as promised, had to drive to Orange (in rush hour traffic) to pick them up so I could get them back in time for job interviews. The Costa Mesa store worker offered no apology or helpful solution, just that she could see the order should have been complete but it was not, she charged me full price ($16) for my pants. Service was fine. Price was ridiculous.
I purchased a $25 voucher for $15 on yelp. When I went to pick up my clothes, I was told by your staff that I could not use the voucher for that particular pick up because it had to be used before I dropped off by clothes. This would have been completely fine if it was disclosed on the yelp page, but it wasn't. I would recommend you add language to the yelp page to disclose this because as a new customer, it's not the first impression you want give.
Hi. This was my first time there. Everyone was freindly and service was good. I had my blazer and blouse dry cleaned with you guys for an event today. The blazer is wrinkled and not pressed properly on the lapel. My blouse is also wrinkled in some areas. I was not able to wear these items today. I'm very disappointed. Celia
Lack of attention to detail. If I would have known ahead of time what the results were going to be I wouldn't have brought my Pacific Chorale Concert Attire into to be cleaned only to be told by your staff that my the remedy to my problem is to buy a new suite. I am very disappointed and plan on sharring my experience will all who will listen for the forseable future. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE!!!
