I would give this review 5 stars for how nice and helpful the staff was! Great experience with them. Unfortunately one of the laundered shirts had a button ripped off when being cleaned and my husband saw it when he put the shirt on this morning.
I had my wedding dress cleaned and preserved by Kona Cleaners, and they did a wonderful job. The same woman helped me when I dropped it off and picked it up. I can't remember her name (I am terrible with names), but she was so friendly and helpful, and made sure I had all the information I needed about taking care of my dress. This was my first visit and I was impressed. Staff were extremely friendly and everything was done just right.
I had some business shirts washed and ironed and when I collected them from you, I was more than delighted to see the super-professional service offered. Not only were they pressed, but starched. The cuffs were unbuttoned and correctly pressed. There were no creases in the sleeves as per the most correct of British books on etiquette and cuffs were clipped together across the shirt front to minimise crushing of the sleeves post service. I had some tailoring done. Two pairs of trousers taken in and hemmed. Quick, easy and the finish is perfect. The cost was cheaper then I expected and they were returned back within a couple of days! All the staff are welcoming and friendly...... Good job!
