Great customer service, Laly was very helpful and kind. I had no idea that my military uniforms were dry cleaned for free, Laly was nice enough to inform me about this deal! Its very nice of Kona cleaners to do this for us. It was a very quick turn around so im happy to say i will definitely be bringing back more business! Thanks Laly for your awesome customer service and saving me some money, you're great!

Girls are super helpful - always a smile and have my clothes done when i need them or before. I get emails and updates as needed and super impressed with Kona cleanerrs.
Lolly is wonderful- very kind and respectful- and knowledgeable- please take good care of her- she goes out of her way to make sure my order is perfect- but please - every time I bring a garment in and request to have the under arm odor removed it comes back with the odor still there and we have to keep sending it back - please try to do a better job to remove the underarm odors- thank you
Lolly is just wonderful!!!! She is so kind and respectful and so knowledgeable - she will bend over backwards to make sure my order comes out perfectly!!! Please take good care of her- she is a sweetheart and has a great attitude!!! Also - many times I need attention paid to under arm odors- eveytime the garment has to be sent back to be cleaned over again- please try to improve addressing the under arm odor issues-PLEASE - I would be so grateful
