All the employees are very nice and I enjoy coming in to pick up/drop off my items. The other day I did notice that my newly dry-cleaned shirt was completely wrinkled and not pressed cleanly at all so I brought it back in. It was a poor job of dry-cleaning, I hope the shirt can fixed this time around. I am also not a big fan of the bar code stickers they permanently stick on each item of clothing. I usually love Kona, but my last experience was pretty irritating. Got my custom traditional outfit back with a button missing =( and.. I want my new Knoa bag yo!
