Lolly is just wonderful!!!! She is so kind and respectful and so knowledgeable - she will bend over backwards to make sure my order comes out perfectly!!! Please take good care of her- she is a sweetheart and has a great attitude!!! Also - many times I need attention paid to under arm odors- eveytime the garment has to be sent back to be cleaned over again- please try to improve addressing the under arm odor issues-PLEASE - I would be so grateful

I would give this review 5 stars for how nice and helpful the staff was! Great experience with them. Unfortunately one of the laundered shirts had a button ripped off when being cleaned and my husband saw it when he put the shirt on this morning.
I had my wedding dress cleaned and preserved by Kona Cleaners, and they did a wonderful job. The same woman helped me when I dropped it off and picked it up. I can't remember her name (I am terrible with names), but she was so friendly and helpful, and made sure I had all the information I needed about taking care of my dress. My order was ready much earlier than expected, which was great.
