Hi. This was my first time there. Everyone was freindly and service was good. I had my blazer and blouse dry cleaned with you guys for an event today. The blazer is wrinkled and not pressed properly on the lapel. My blouse is also wrinkled in some areas. I was not able to wear these items today. I'm very disappointed. Celia
Lack of attention to detail. If I would have known ahead of time what the results were going to be I wouldn't have brought my Pacific Chorale Concert Attire into to be cleaned only to be told by your staff that my the remedy to my problem is to buy a new suite. I am very disappointed and plan on sharring my experience will all who will listen for the forseable future. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE!!!
Clothing still smelled, my name was mangled and not corrected, Ian Shively 1040 Coronado Drive Costa Mesa 92626. My old dry cleaner was able to get the smell out every time
Disgusting follow up
I am very upset that my daughter's designer skirt has been damaged.
Both times that I came in, to drop off and pick up, the clerk had the radio extremely loud. It was so loud I couldn't hear myself think and I had to shout to the clerk. When I came in to pick up my clothes the radio station was playing commercials and the clerk still had it extremely loud which was extremely annoying. I liked how Kona cleaned my clothes but I won't be back until you turn the radio down.
Didn't get a text message that my order was ready. Waiting for pick-up on Saturday.
great all around .. the work done was great.. not a big deal but i was told $12 each for two pants hemmed .. i paid $14 for one and $12 for the other with no explaination .. not that $2 will kill me, but it wasn't what i was told and expected .. i would come back, but next time i will be anticipating to pay more ...
I think the ironing was not really good.
