Quality service and ready in one day. Been a customer for a few years, always a good experience.
I brought in a variety of vintage Obi and one kimono. A lady named Alexis was very helpful in determining what would be the safest and best treatment to use for the pieces I brought it. Though the musty smell was not able to go away completely, I can already tell a difference. And all the pieces look cleaner than they did before. Alexis was very helpful and I really appreciated the customer service. If I have any more pieces I will definitely be sure to bring it back here.
