First time bringing my work shirts to Kona Cleaners. I used their current Yelp deal which is $15 for $25. Upon arrival the girl (Jenny) who checked my stuff was very helpful. Since I was a new customer I had to fill out some information. Once I was done with that she went to ask if I needed any areas of my shirts that require special cleaning/attention. The staff at Kona Cleaners is attentive and courteous. They communicated the time my items would be ready for pick up. One of the items (shirt) had a tear in the seam under the arm. I was contacted by one of the staff to ask if I would like to have the item repaired. She also quoted me the price of the repair. This company feels like they are my own personal clothing concierge. I'm extremely busy and they know who I am and always make me feel important. Same day is never a problem as long as it's in before 9 am! Can't say enough!
