We found Kona, Orange, about 2 years ago. We had previously been with the same cleaner for almost 20 yrs. They retired and sold and we were not even told that they were closing. I drop off our weekly laundry once a week on my way to work about 700am. I receive an email notification when it is complete and ready for pickup. WE are happy, we have never had any clothing lost, misplaced, mistreated. Everyone we talk to that works there is friendly, caring, and wants our feedback. The delivery back is great, but the pick up is inconsistent. I often have to drop off my back of clothes at the Taft location because the bag sits on my front door step all day without being picked up. The cleaning itself is great!
