Great first experience and look fwd to being long time customer. All stains were removed
super, but just so you know, the databank is not keeping up. The record shows an old address of mine, but I have been to this Greenwich store a bunch of times already, and somewhere in there my new address was in the files. Since my phone number is the same, and the system calls info from the phone number, I imagine duplicates and ghosts are running.
The service was reasonably fast, the location is convenient for me, and the employees I spoke to were friendly and helpful. However, the prices are much too high for me to continue using Green Apple for my regular cleanings.
Sadly my first experience was very disappointing. I left with you a dress shirt to be cleaned. I was told it was to be ready on Friday 13th Nov, I went to collect it on Monday 16th Nov and it was still not ready, frustrating as I needed it that night for a function and didn't have another dress shirt as I'm only here for a few months. A 10% discount hardly covers the inconvenience. Cheryl and Annabella are always cheerful, friendly, professional, and helpful. And Tony does good alterations and gets them done when promised.
