Great wash and fold service and dry cleaning.
Service is always friendly and efficient.
Clothes are usually well cleaned, and repairing broken buttons on wash and fold dress shirts (usually broken from other, cheaper/inferior dry cleaning services, incidentally) is a nice touch. However, my shirts are almost never ready by the date and time I am quoted for pickup. Hence my lower, three star review (+ makes it hard to justify paying your slightly elevated - compared to competitors - prices).

I keep getting emails that my account is past due, but when I ask in person and by phone I am told it is not. When I email, no response.
I paid an extra 10% to have something "rushed" over the weekend to pick it up on Monday after 7pm. When I arrived on Tuesday morning at 8am, the dry cleaning had not yet been dropped off, and I was asked to wait 25 minutes for the delivery. After waiting for 25 minutes, the truck was still not there, and I was late for an appointment.
