It was my first visit and I explained there were hard stains on the mattress cover I was bringing in. I picked up my item 2 days later and the stains had not been removed at all, they even looked worse as they had printed off on other parts of the cover. I returned the item the same day, and I was told I should have ordered "wash and press" (I had asked for that sort of advice when I came in the first time). I usually come the same time each day and tend to get the same lady. She's always very pleasant. The last time I picked up my order I requested only email receipts, however I never got those. The cashier remembered me and pulled up my info and issued me paper receipts instead. The prices are a little high, but I've never had a bad experience with any of the staff.
Lace garment was not hung properly when returned and had begun to fray at the neckline
The service and quality of work are great. I would appreciate it if the delivery zone could be expanded, as I work on Park Ave South and live in Brooklyn. Thanks.
Quick and well priced for the amount and items I was cleaning
Hello I am happy with my experience. MY only two suggestions are slightly expanding your delivery realm (I am on Sullivan Street near Houston and picking up and dropping off becomes complicated) as well as producing plastic bags for folding larger orders.
