I love that this place offers a more sustainable and eco-friendly dry cleaning solution, which is hard to come by, even in NYC. The customer service is always very friendly. My only issue is they often don't have the clothing on the date they say they will. I think they should do a better job of managing expectations and give turn around time with a day buffer.
I was disappointed to have not received an email or alert of any kind letting me know my dry cleaning was ready to be picked up, but I was happy with the result of service!
Wonderful experience... I was in the need to get one piece dry-cleaned within the same day and they made it happen! Will highly recommend Green Apple Cleaners to my friends!
The order was delivered late. The order was dropped off Thursday morning before 8 AM and while the shirts were delivered Saturday evening the rest of the clothes came Tuesday night. 3 days should be the maximum time for delivery and this was delivered on the fifth day. I'll try one more time but if five days is necessary for processing I'll have to go elsewhere.
