easy and quick, as usual
After nine years of living in the village, and walking past Green Apple nearly every day, I finally gave you a try... And, am remorseful that I hadn't sooner. The service was amazing, and, you got out a tar stain on my brand new, very expensive pants... I couldn't be more thrilled or grateful! And the "green" aspect is a wonderful bonus, too. Can someone please call me regarding the 3rd email I've received about my card getting declined. I've called after every time I get the email but it's always at 7pm or after. I use this card every day and there are no issues so I need to understand what's happening. There's nothing wrong with this card; unless you have the wrong number. 732-859-6152
I went to pick up my things and a piece of clothing was missing. When I called back, they couldn't tell how long it would take to track down and did not offer to call one they did. The whole process was very frustrating.
Hello, I'm a new customer. I was pleased with the customer service; too early yet for me to gauge for myself the quality of the actual service, though I expect it will be excellent; however, I was disappointed that, upon dropping off the two pillows, I was told the price should be "about $25" each, and yet, when I came back to pick them up, the cleaning had cost me $31 and $36 respectively per pillow. Poor communication as to whether my wash were ready for pick up or not. Originally was told Thursday. Then called to say 3 items should maybe be dry cleaned. All 3 polyester marked items so not sure how that was even considered. Instead of startinging to wash my remaining items, all items were put on hold. Was then told ready on Friday, I called to double check and was told yes. Then came in Friday before closing and it still wasn't there. So I was asked to come in Saturday morning.
