excellent service, convenient, timely, and friendly

It was just a simple cleaning of a two piece suit, but the result was excellent and ready a day early!
Everyone was friendly and the quality was good
My items were not delivered at all, actually. They were scheduled for a Monday delivery and when they did not arrive, I went to pick them up on Tuesday. However, I was glad to find the garments clean and waiting.
the clerk sent my husband home with clothes that did not belong to us. he had to return them and pick up the missing item. as far as I know, we now have nothing to pick up. customer service is lacking.

I used to do my dry cleaning at your Greenwich Street location but stopped using your service months ago because you lost several items of clothing but never took responsibility for it or acknowledged that the items were lost. Also whenever I called for my clothing to be delivered I would be told 15, 30, or 45 minutes but it always took longer than I was told.
