The cleaning is perfect, the staff is professional and friendly and the tailoring is wonderful - all in all a great dry-cleaner.

I don't understand why I keep getting reminder emails about my dry cleaning, when I have collected it all from our valet at 8 Spruce. Pls check your system or get in touch if there is specifically something we are missing!

Last time I used you, pick up took literally HOURS. Granted, I live in a doorman bldg, but my clothes were in a pile behind the desk for hours. I can't afford your services at the moment anyway but if I could the pick up part is really annoying; I'd just sooner drop it off somewhere in Manhattan where I work.
