I took a blouse in with stains under the arms, she made a note of ir. When I went to pick up, there was no note that you didn't get them out, when I got home, or looked mke the blouse hadn't been touched, and I paid for the cleaning. I should have checked it at pick up. But really I shouldn't have to. Not good customer service. You didn't care to see.
There are so many things I love about GA cleaners, but there are lots of things I wish you could do better. I love that you put bar codes in your clothes rather than stapling in tags. I love the quality of the dry cleaning. I would like to see you adopt a truly reusable hanger and only use reusable bags for the dry cleaning rather than plastic bags.
Good customer service, almost perfect dry clean -- I know silk is tough.
Not good. Wash and fold items came back with makeup stains in them that a little soap and water can easily take out. Dry cleaning shirt came back with stain in it. Will not be returning even though it is the most convenient for me to use.
I always have a great experience with Green Apple. Always deliver on time. Quality of cleaning is top notch.

Your email implies that my clothes were already delivered. Your website also says that the expected delivery was this past Tuesday 3/8. But right now the website still lists them as "to be delivered", and as of yesterday they weren't there yet. I haven't checked today yet.
