Terrible! For this price, destroy clothes, do not do repairs or take accountability! AVOID
Absolutely ridiculous! Destroyed my pants, refused to pay for repair or do anything! Do not recommend to anyone, avoid this place!

I did a lot of research about a truly Green/non-toxic dry cleaner and really appreciate your efforts on this. The people behind the counter were super nice and responsive and the customer service was a truly five star experience. I have a few suggestions. First, my online invoice didn't itemize each item, which made it hard to understand why I was getting charged what I was. The clothes came out great and in a timely manner. The staff is very friendly too. If you can afford it's definitely worth it, the price tag is a little steep even for NYC
Everyone present helpful, cheerful and responsive. I am so happy to have found a truly non toxic dry cleaner. The only thing (and I do mean the only thing) that concerned me when I picked my clothes up was that the store smelled slightly but distinctly of cigarette smoke (could have blown in from the street, or been an employee or maybe I just smelled wrong?). My clothes were unaffected however.
I picked up a business card from the store and was instructed to go online and fill out the registration form. Once I finished the form, I received a prompt that I would be contacted within 24 hours. ...a week went by and no one called. I had to follow up with a phone call to get started. Beyond that, I just started and have been happy with my shirts and the service.
