I had my wedding gown preserved and boxed. I am very happy with it! The interior box has a clear front so I can see the gown's bodice and my veil. It was ready to pick up at the time and price I was originally told. This was my first trip to Elite Cleaners, and I will use them again next time I need something dry cleaned.
Always fast...sometimes too fast because the delivery pickup comes a little bit before the scheduled time of 9am...which means I have missed it a couple times. Overall great service.
The pick-up and delivery service that Elite provides has been so helpful. I've enjoyed visiting with each employee that I've encountered over the years and your driver is extremely cordial and always willing to help (even if the issue is at the office)...the mark of good customer service!
