I have only been to Elite one time. I was very happy with my service. I just wish you had a better place to park and come in. I do not like having to pay for parking. Especially when my stop should be for five minutes or less. I would love to get some coupons! I had decided that I would never go to the cleaners again after my favorite place went out of business. Fast and friendly. Took jacket with spot on back in to have cleaned. They did not notice spot did not come out until I pointed it out. Apologies were made, and I was presented with bill. I paid it and took my jacket and it's spot home. Removed spot myself as I should have in the beginning.

I depend on this place and they never fail
The service at the location I use in Springdale is always pleasant. The appearance of the clothes after cleaning has always been acceptable. One of the reasons I drive out of my way to use this facility is the coupons I have received in the mail. I was planning to make my last order the last one in your establishment because I noticed that on the last two orders the coupons have not been applied toward my bill making the overall cost not worth the inconvenience of driving to this location.
