Quick and easy. I was worried about a mustard stain. In the past I've had small food/dirt stains that were not removed properly by other cleaners. Elite did a great job. I will now be a regular customer. Thanks

I brought two shirts with stains on them that I pointed out to the lady at the front desk. When I came to pick them up the stains were still noticeable on one of the shirts. She called a guy from the back who looked at the stains and said they would run ot through again. They were very nice and understanding about it.
I love the concept of leaving my laundry on the front door and having it returned to me a few days later. My first order was picked up and delivered as promised and the results were professionally done. However, I was told that the first $10 on Monday was free and yet it was not taken off the credit card receipt attached to my order when delivered. This was supposed to be an incentive to begin service with this cleaners and not fulfilling that promise is not a very good incentive.
The service is excellent! It is wonderful to have your clothes picked up and delivered to your house. What a time saver!
