My experience was mostly a pleasant one. This was the first time I had used Elite Cleaners and was very satisfied with the service and quality of work. The only reason I am giving a four star instead of five is that one of my shirts had been misplaced and was not with the original order. I called to let the attendant know, he had called the following day to inform me the shirt had been found and there no charge for that particular item. I will definitely continue to use Elite Cleaners.
