Shame on me for not knowing her name. The lady at the Sunset Springdale location is why I use Elite. She knows her customers. She is often already getting my clothes when I walk in the door. People make the difference.
My wife and I came to Fayetteville eight years ago from the Harvard University campus, a neighborhood with multiple elite services, including dry cleaning, clothing repair and alterations shops. We tried a number of local establishments here, but found that some of my smartest and best-dressed colleagues were using you. And as our experience now shows, for very good reasons. You are living proof that top notch work can happen outside of the land of the impossibly conceited!
Your employees are always so efficient and friendly...always on time and with a smile! I've never had one cause to complain about your skill at removing the stains and dirt of daily living.
I will say that the customer service is absolutely top notch. The attendant knew my vehicle when I drove up and had my shirts waiting when I walked in the door. That is knowing your customer.

CLOTHES WERE STARCHED AND IRON AS REQUESTED. ONLY PROBLEM IS IF YOU DON'T GET THERE BEFORE 8 AM, CLOTHES DROPPED OFF WILL NOT BE READY TO PICK UP BEFORE 5 PM THE NEXT DAY.
