Always friendly and willing to please their customer
The pick-up and drop-offs are quite consistent each week. If there is a problem, I always receive a call. And they are courteous!
overall everything works well. The only things that bug me are the prices seem to be high especially on women's shirts/clothing that only need to be laundered while men's items seem to be more reasonable. It would be nice if you emailed or sent a letter with current prices etc. Also, what is the situation of minimum quantities on some orders. Not sure what is the minimum. Each time I call with a question, the people answering the phone have been very nice.
My experience is always positive. It would be helpful to have a notification once the cleaning has been picked up, because for me we don't realize it's not picked up until we are looking for the delivery on Thursday. Customer service has been tremendous.

Excellent!! Never misses a day
I had to bring in tremendous amounts of clothing, linen, draperies for dry-cleaning and clothes for washing due to a flood in my apartment. Everyone who dealt with me at your Galen St. shop could not have been more helpful. I am most appreciative of the help in figuring out what was to be laundered and what could be dry cleaned. Many thanks for such helpfulness.
