Can't say enough about Watertown location. Great, great staff, clothes are always done right, and ready as scheduled.
Best dry cleaner ever. And most professional dry cleaner ever. They always get it right, and they couldn't be friendlier. I didn't realize that the cleaning was done on site, and when I asked about it, they asked if I wanted to tour the facility. It was spotless. A great operation. I won't go anywhere else!
I have always been thoroughly pleased with Dependable Cleaners in Watertown. My clothing has always been returned to me stain-free, and perfectly pressed. But my favorite part of DC is the customer service. Everyone who works there always greets with a warm welcome, initiates personable and respectful conversation, and was most helpful whenever I had a question. There's a reason why I refer my friends to DC in Watertown, and will always remain a loyal customer.

I do like the services provided by Dependable Cleaners. They are efficient and the staff is very friendly.
Excellent service. Very reliable. Only suggestion would be to send an email with the dates that there will NOT be a pick-up and delivery, due to holidays (or weather). Some holidays are not as widely celebrated as others and it is hard to now whether to expect a pick-up.
Leo, our delivery driver, is great: friendly, kind, and responsible.
I'm very happy with the entire service, from the quality of the cleaning, to the response to concerns (broken buttons), to the accommodation of special requests (an off-day pickup).
