Great service!
Ran my credit card for more than the receipt (receipt was $18.16, I was charged $20.95). Missed a stain on pair of pants I had dry cleaned.

I took a shirt in for alterations(repair a slight rip) you then emailed me saying it was ready. Went to pick it up and you did not do the alteration but instead dry cleaned it. Second time this has happened to me at your place in last 6 months.

I've used your cleaners for years but after getting my clothes back this week i probably will not be back. I ask for starch every time but the last two times they came back without. Between the poor service and your ridiculous nazi mask paranoia the last 4 months it's just easier to take them across the highway

I had a TERRIBLE experience when I went to pick up my items. The lady that was helping me kept complaining on how many items I had, saying her thoughts out loud and making me feel that I was giving her a hard time. I am giving you business, there is no need to be making customers feel like they are giving you a hard time. It made me uncomfortable, and I am sure the people that were coming in felt the same way as I did. TERRIBLE SERVICE

I dropped off 3 pair of pants for wash. When I got home after picking up my items, I realized that I also was given a golf shirt. It wasn’t mine but was labeled as such. I returned the shirt yesterday and am awaiting a credit for the $6.05 charge.
I asked for heavy starch and didn’t get it basically got what I can do at home
